Complementary therapies can help alleviate pain and symptoms of numerous health conditions. I have experienced fantastic results in improving the health and wellbeing in many of my clients, from asthma to arthritis and diabetes patients have seen dramatic reductions in blood glucose levels. Just because there is a lack of funding and scientific proof please do not dismiss these powerful therapies. However they are complementary and I would not advise as an alternative to conventional medicine, but for the two to work hand in hand for an effective reduction and preventative to ill health.Complementary therapies concentrates on the whole person taking into account the mental, emotional and physical aspects and also lifestyle, diet and environmental issues. Treatment is not only designed to relieve ailment or disease but to restore health and promote wellbeing. There is also a strong emphasis on prevention. Many complementary therapies are based on the idea that the body naturally strives to maintain a state of balance, known as homeostasis. Treatments aim to stimulate this natural healing ability in the body.

I believe complementary therapies are the way forward in health care, providing the patient with an option to receive these powerful, natural, holistic therapies that have been practiced for thousands of years.

We are also retailers of Fake Bake self tanning products, Jessica natural nail care and Sliver slimming and detox range.
